Job Description

Our Client in the Bloomfield Hills area seeking an Office Manager for an immediate opportunity.

  • Serve as an assistant to the Shareholders, Board of Directors, CEO, and COO.
  • Manage email and calendar scheduling for the COO.
  • Coordinate and organize Board meetings.
  • Oversee all office equipment and building operations to ensure efficiency, including service contracts, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Maintain and update the company phone list, office supply inventory, including office equipment and kitchen supplies.
  • Administer the company vehicle fleet, ensuring proper documentation and maintenance.
  • Oversee cell phone accounts, including account management, equipment procurement, and troubleshooting.
  • Research and negotiate contracts for administrative services, office equipment, and building-related needs.
  • Act as IT coordinator by handling issues, managing escalations, and maintaining IT equipment inventory.
  • Plan and coordinate office meetings and events.
  • Organize company luncheons and employee gatherings.
  • Administer distribution and management of sports tickets.
  • Lead employee appreciation initiatives and activities.
